I have my doubts honnestly

It all started for me in the playoff game against the Bengals.

You dont turn it on and off like a water faucet.

I’m treating that as a one-off. Crazy stuff happened before that game.  FWIW.

I can't say I saw any particular "hunger" when I was at camp Thursday, they weren't flat, but not like "holy ****, I feel bad for their opponents" type hunger

Honestly, I’d be concerned with them coming out of the gate like last season. I want to see that intensity in big games and in the playoffs, but it’s close to impossible to maintain for 20 straight games.

Well no team can battle through a 17 game schedule,  fight off injuries  then come up flat in the playoffs.

To me it's mental toughness issues.

Just my opinion

For the sake of comparison, check out the video in this thread.

That defense really rallied to the ball. Back then though the rules were much different. Football was more brutal. Today it's seems to be more finesse and less strength of will. Eye of the tiger? Not so much.

I don’t know whether or not they have the eye of the tiger, but after what they went through last year they sure look like survivors to me…

Good stuff! Cue the music......Reminds me of when I went to a Survivor concert back in high school.

Here, maybe this'll help:

Rocky 4 is a fun guilty pleasure, especially for kids of the 80s Cold War era. But it’s a pretty bad movie objectively. Rocky 3 and 5 are unwatchable for me. Rocky 1 is a true classic. So gritty. The franchise got ridiculously campy.

For me Rocky 1 and 2 were good but after that I didn't care for any of them. As for Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren, I thought they were both good in The Expendables however.

Hey man, there's no easy way out, especially when you have a burning heart - in other words, when your heart's on fire

Not to be confused with heartburn... aka acid indigestion.

Just wanted to clear that up in case anyone's confused.
