This tandom is awesome when healthy even at their ages. I think they are the heart and soul of the defense. They have become two of my favorite Bills defensive players for quite some time now. 

 

Please please please football gods keep them heathly. 

I assume the Bills training staff crafts individualized fitness routines for every player based on factors such as body type, age, injury history, etc.

 

The in-season "veterans rest days" probably help the older guys recover a bit faster and somewhat mitigate the risk of re-aggravating old injuries.
