Best Player Available Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 One of Ralphs cars was a PT Cruiser “woody”. Ralph had stopped driving a few years before. Mary was always behind the wheel. 1 Quote
HOUSE Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 Ralph had a white 63 Impala convertible, red seats, Michigan plates. 1 Quote

Here's a little more background into the original purchase and how Mary Wilson ended up with it. https://www.nytimes.com/2014/09/14/automobiles/collectibles/an-original-dodge-direct-from-the-founders-family.html 1 Quote

Blank Stare Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Looks like Mrs. Wilson beat the hell out of that thing. Quote
Nextmanup Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Putting that sort of time, money, and effort into restoring a 1964 Dodge is kind of like putting that amount of time, money, and effort into polishing a cow turd. 🤓 1 Quote

Just watch the Barrett-Jackson auction when it's on TV. Plenty of enthusiasm for all kinds of cars. Quote

Great post! Those combs shown at 4:30 in the video: they were so popular in the 80's in middle and high school when I was growing up. Everybody had one in their back pockets. Heck, even the Fonz used one on Happy Days. Great memories. Edited July 3, 2023 by chongli Quote
