It upholds the laws that are put in place if you start out breaking a law to be here why should you be given other perks of the host country like drivers licenses, health care, paid for by you the tax payer just to cause the cost to go higher for those that abide by the laws of the land .

oh please, people ignore and stretch laws all the time. This is a victimless crime, and in fact helps America. If immigrants were not breaking the law like that this country would be poorer, less dynamic and not as strong.
