No, my side is the one that doesn’t make up an enemy to attack in the name of “protecting children.” You don’t care about children, we knew that after Sandy Hook. You’re doing this to attack gay folks. That’s always been the goal.

We gotta winner.

I have no doubt that you come at this from a different position than I. Linking to The Blade was a tell. Nobody cares, least of all me. It doesn’t make you a victim however so please don’t try to play the role. Not having sexual materials in elementary schools is not an attack on gay people no matter how much you want it to be. These materials have not been part of school in decades prior. Are modern sensibilities such that they need to be now? Rhetorical question.

Do you support the Bible in elementary school?

I’m not saying you do maybe you don’t

@BillStime @Roundybout @Joe Ferguson forever how much should discuss my sex life with the 15 year olds I teach? I think it is the exact same that the gay teachers should discuss with kids but maybe we are discussing different things here.

Where is the bible taught in public schools? Except for the very boring history of the Bible class, which is not religious

I support the teaching of reading, ‘riting, ‘rithmetic. Perhaps if we focus on those things we won’t get our future ass kicked by China. Sadly, people on your side of the political spectrum are more interested in promoting nonsense like the need for sexual materials in elementary schools.

I agree that that’s what should be taught

Let’s not be naïve
It’s not the class it’s about it in the school library. do You support it in the school library.

Do I support porn in the school library? No I don't support porn. I work in a school, I am not naive, I know exactly how many books have been removed from all 3 schools my children have attended over the years. How many do you think have been removed from my high school? Or the local middle school?  I also have to admire your inability to answer a simple question

It’s interesting how you say that whenever you never answered mine

Specifically, I am saying do you think the Bible should be in the school library?

I did answer indirectly but direct answer I don't care if younger kids have access since most don't understand the language used, if your point is that it has adultery and everything else in it, than fine remove it but comparing the Bible to gender ***** is quite the admission of ignorance. My school has a class called "religions of the world" which requires students to read some of the Quran, Bible, Torah, and other religious texts, so why does that bother you?

You have checked in on the side of wanting literature discussing anal/oral available at elementary schools. You are entitled to your opinion. Again, it seems weird to me coming from you, as you are quite clearly a homophobe.

Banning books, wtf? Yeah, that really stops kids lol. They have the internet and most can outsmart their parents, especially online. They will get their hands on whatever, banning only makes them want to try harder. Sure, parents rights and all, but generally kids dgaf.

Heck, without internet we got porn at waaaaay too young an age (7 maybe?). And i *think* i turned out fine. Had to wait till about 11 or 12 for the anarchist cookbook. And then the supreme disappointment at probably 13 when i read the famously banned (and only wanted it because it was banned) "Catcher in the Rye".

Or their parents can buy the books for home reading. As many copies as they want since nothing is banned. Saves precious education dollars for more important things.
