Seriously?  Have you never read a new stadium thread?  This is choosing to be ignorant.

But this wasn't one, why go out of your way to introduce it?

Seems like a little bit of self-fulfilling prophecy if you ask me.  Just sayin'.

The saying Let Sleeping Dogs Lie comes to mind.

I originally thought the design looked somewhat generic and just assumed Populus threw out a cookie cutter design proposal and Pegula just went with it.  I feel better to see that there were a lot of people especially from the Bills side including Terry that were deeply involved in the design process and were looking for specific features etc.  Hope our SB window stays open for at least 4 more years so we can bring a championship home in the new stadium.

BTW, I didn't think that there was all that much new in that video, certainly nothing earth-shattering, not all that much new besides some insights on their thought processes, but I didn't talk about it.

I can if you'd feel more justified or vindicated.  ;)

I kid I kid.  Relax

Oh yeah.  I’m making the complaining happen. Not the man childs of this board, but me. There’s no self fulfilling prophecies on this board.  To imply that is pushing off blame.

I guess we all see and interpret what we want to see and interpret.

All I'm saying is that even if it happened, complaining about the complaining seems to be doing the same thing while getting those people all worked up.

Let it roll off of you then.  If it gets too heavy for you, abandon the thread.  Getting all worked up isn't worth all that, right.

They won’t even say what the exact capacity is, and you think more pics are on the way?

I don’t understand all the secrecy, considering all the PUBLIC money committed to the project.

Agreed.

@SoCal Deek how uncommon is it for a team/organization to physically begin building a stadium before releasing more than 3 half-ass renderings?

Dude it's your ptsd about our window closing.  If we have 17 , we're SB contenders and he's not going anywhere anytime soon

We do need at least 1 before the new stadium.  I think we get 2

Sheeeet!!  I hope it happens before then.  I'd actually prefer it to happen in the current stadium given all of its history.  Another one in the opening season would alter the epitaphs of many a Bills fan.  :D

Maybe I missed something while watching it, or misinterpreted it, but it seemed as it they were talking about designing portions of it as they went along.

Am I off?

I enjoyed the video. Seeing Radecic  as a front man for Populous was interesting. Imagine the pride of a guy like him being so in on this project. Pretty cool.

Everyone has a rooting interest in getting this done right. I liked seeing Terry go to Tottenham to sit in the worst three seats and say they were great seats. Everything I saw spells success for us fans in the new stadium.

It's comforting and reassuring to see that Terry's taking this on realizing that his name is going to be attached to it.

Not only the seating, but it should also enhance the TV coverage aspect as well.  So even for fans that don't attend it should improve.

You're not off.  These things happen often (at least for me).   I'm always the last to know what needs to be installed in a construction job when it is finished and then tell them we can't do it because they never included XYZ.

Could also be why the cost of the stadium went up another 154m.

EXTREMELY rare. We create more than three renderings for even the smallest of projects. As I’ve explained many times, these are not traditional renderings. They’re nothing more than single cells of a continuous animation path. I have no idea why they’re showing so little. Beats me!

Bravo, sir.

It’s my go to every time I see Dunkirk Don is mentioned in a thread. He is legend.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased after watching that. I’ve had my doubts and grumblings about this thing from pretty much the start. I get I won’t be happy with everything, always have. But watching this has impressed me somewhat. Yes I’ll still wish some things were done differently. Don’t worry I’ll still complain about something. But I’m excited about it overall.

I'm sure he has all the inside information about the stadium, who needs a docu-series? Time to speak DD!!!
