The chart in the tweet below highlights the five authors of the proximal origin paper in Nature Medicine.  As you're certainly not aware Nature journals are the elite of the elite journals in biomedical and life sciences.  Getting published there is a very big deal.  Here is a main conclusion in the Nature proximal origin paper:
