I've always found the best leaders are the people that are the biggest reason for the team's success.

Allen is generally well liked by almost anyone who meets him. Players say they're coming to the Bills because "he's a dawg". He consistently leads by example in games. I'm amazed at the Einstein's in this thread who don't think that is leadership.

This is a non-issue as far as I'm concerned.  Beasley is gone and Josh Allen is going to be around for a long time.  For the most part his teammates seem to love him and respect his leadership.  That's as much as I c an hope for as a fan.

Which begs the question...what does he think Allen needs to do to reach that level or where is Allen lacking in comparison?  I don't think this is a dig at Allen at all, Beasley has said many times he thinks Allen can be the best QB in the league and has immense talent and ability.

I'm super curious as to what he thinks Allen needs to get better at in this department because all you have heard is how amazing Allen is as a leader since pretty much day 1...

I wasn’t sure before but now I am that if he can troll the Bills and Bills fans because of their reaction to his Covid takes he’s going to.

Is Dak isn’t even a better leader then Diggs or Poyer or Milano or Hyde?

I don't have a problem with his comment, he's said very flattering things of Josh which wouldn't contradict this statement.   It's possible that Josh may not be a finished product when it comes to leadership, he does have a friendly goofy nature and maybe he hasn't mastered the art of cracking the whip the way Brady has.

I sense that Josh is looking to take his game from a leadership role to another level this year.

Beas is Bias, He left Buffalo the first time with a bad taste in his mouth

He left Dallas with an even worse taste. He was fuming that Dallas wouldn’t pay him.

Watching him dance with Elaine Benes would be like watching Charles Barkley golf before he fixed his swing.    😋

How is he interjecting? By having an opinion about someone who doesn’t play for the Bills? He didn’t mention Josh or the Bills at all until a butthurt fan replied to him, and then all he did was give Josh a compliment as well.

I think your affection for Dak is messing with your objectivity. First, he’s desperate to get a contract and by blowing smoke up Dak’s rear end, he figures it can’t hurt. He’s openly lobbying for a spot on the Cowboys on social media. By comparing Dak to Josh in the area of leadership is silly especially when Dak has underperformed in the last 2 post seasons and is generally considered the most overpaid QB in football, hamstringing his team’s ability to add talent. I know you’re not a Josh fan because anyone who’s watched Josh’s career knows he leads by his heroic performance on the field with disregard for the pain he absorbs. His teammates all talk glowingly about him and rush to his defense when he takes  undue punishment. He leads by playing through injury and taking full responsibility for losses. He only praises teammates and coaches and makes it his business to organize activities off the field to build strong relationships. Naturally Cole complimented Josh grudgingly because he’s acknowledged as one of the top 3 QBs in football. If he’s trying to get a contract do you think it serves him to sound like a malcontent. Everything Cole does has an underlying purpose. His disdain for Bills fans was part of this imbecilic statement.

Beasley has told Josh Allen many times that he loves him, mostly as the team has left the locker room and is in the tunnel on the way out to the field.  And as we all know, the course of true love never runs smooth.  So Prescott may have Beasley's respect, but Allen will always have his heart.

Beasley is just trying to find a job.  The Bills have turned him down and he is now lobbying to get a spot with the Cowboys.  Pumping up Dak has to help, or so Beasley thinks so.

To me his fundamentals are completely wrong.

Yes you want to move the right hip forward, then the back and shoulder should come forward, the arm last.

Maybe this is why his accuracy is so bad.

Dude, you've played in a total of 3 NFL games and have a 45% completion percentage and you have the audacity to criticize another QBs fundamentals!!!!!?????!?!?!?!?

I refuse to believe that Barkley's golf swing is fixable...

Like I said elsewhere, sounds more to me like he is lobbying for a spot with the Texans.  The Cowboys seem to be pretty set at WR.  Who do the Texans have except 30 yr old Bobby Trees?

I'm still not sure what Cooper meant by calling Dak Prescott "the black Kirk Cousins", could you explain?

I'm in the major minority here, but just because a guy is likeable, physical, and says the right things, hardly makes him a guy you will storm the beaches for. I don't know what kind of leader Josh is or isn't. But I think the people who are just assuming Beasley is throwing shade are no more likely to be right than the people who aren't. Personally, I don't see Josh as an Alpha type natural leader. A guy that takes command when the chips are down. Walks the sidelines holding people accountable when mistakes are made. He might have shown glimpses. But I don't see it being who he naturally is. I have seen what it looks like when somebody is just built that way and as I said, that quality has nothing to do with playing prowess. I do think a guy like Josh can grow into it more. It's like all things. Some of it is natural and some of it is developed.
