This is the entire ***** problem

This is not how you achieve a cease fire

Sometimes you have to set out a hardline starting point in order to have leverage in any subsequent bargaining.

Imagine the opposite: "We are willing to consider no further NATO expansions." Would Putin take this as a "Hey, I guess I accomplished my goal. Maybe I'll keep that idea in my back pocket since now we know the West is willing to back down once the bombs fly." Or would he take this as "I guess we can retreat now and come to the bargaining table."

Sure.. you can pick a side on how you feel about the facts… but this is a clear distinction in foreign policy. If you are a war monger, are ok with the death and destruction or happy to profit from war, then you probably like Biden’s foreign policy on this topic.

Trump, because he was less obsequious to NATO, and clearly volatile, was less threatening to Russia’s neighbors becoming allied with foes.

The pro-Trump talking points are getting a bit convoluted.

Doesn't this amount to "there would have been no war in Ukraine if Trump was still President because Trump would have capitulated to Putin's threatened aggression."

Not pro trump… Bidens rhetoric mattered and their foreign policy Re: NATO was different.

The talking point that Trump was trying to destroy NATO has been drilled-into their heads.  It won't dislodge easily.  But you summed it up perfectly.

JC - Should we just highlight Trump’s own talking points on NATO?

What "top secrets"?  The Coyote lights the fuse on the rocket and hides behind the rocks waiting for the Roadrunner to run past?  None of these clowns have any knowledge of any specifics.  That includes all the clowns here too.

If they manage to finally get Trump out of the way, what’s to say they won’t attack every other Republican candidate the same way since it worked against Trump? Is this the new playbook for the left? Attack and imprison every R candidate?

I find it hard to believe once Trump is gone they will stop witch hunting every other candidate?!

I just don’t get Lindsey Graham after the January 6 thing he had this moment of clarity where you really thought that he might actually see Trump for what he is and then he fell back under the spill

He’s weak
