Backintheday544 Posted August 24 Posted August 24 (edited) As predicted, properly some more lawsuits coming from Foo Fighters: https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-rally-arizona-foo-fighters-song-rfk-jr-1943868 A spokesperson for the band told Billboard: "Foo Fighters were not asked permission, and if they were, they would not have granted it." The spokesperson said that "appropriate actions are being taken" against the campaign and that any royalties received as a result of the usage of the song will be donated to the Harris/Walz campaign. —— Continual copyright violations need to be dealt with. The Trump campaign does not care about the rule of law. But thanks RFK and Trump for raising funds for Kamala! Edited August 24 by Backintheday544 1 1

And nothing I say, or anyone else says, wiil ever convince you, or others of it. I wonder if you guys watched the original Star Wars for the first time and were rooting for The Empire? Lol, an utter joke. I have proof your party is corrupt. Not one thing but many. You've got a conspiracy guy rambling. He snuck in a couple valid points between a whole lot of crazy. 1 1

Backintheday544 Posted August 24 Posted August 24 https://www.natesilver.net/p/we-removed-rfk-jr-from-our-model Good look by Nate Silver: We removed RFK Jr. from our model. But it didn’t hurt Kamala. There are a couple of essential things to note here. First, yes, Trump has gained slightly more than Harris from the change, although it’s pretty minor, a net gain of 0.3 percentage points.1 And second, we’re seeing the beginnings of a convention bounce for Harris. Even with the Kennedy change, She’s now ahead by 4.0 points in the national polling average versus 2.3 points when the DNC started. Our best guess is that her lead will increase further, especially given that almost none of the polling was done after her strong acceptance speech on Thursday.
phypon Posted August 24 Posted August 24 Maybe Beyonce should sue the DNC for lying about her making an appearance at the convention so they could attract viewers. 1

Your entire party is stale and old. From people to ideas. Your kid rock we're Taylor Swift. 1

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened.
