Post from this guy who pinned his photo with Russian propagandists Tucker Carlson.  Okay.

So let’s unpack. The applications were found, so they won’t be actually votes. Which means the system is working right? and this was my point about why “voter id” isn’t more than a way for poorly trained part time election workers can prevent people they don’t like from voting. Also statistically the vast majority (90% or so) is usually republican (voting for dead grandma, trying to vote twice - to see if the election workers are paying attention, etc). Sure will be interesting to see what “organization” is behind this, if it doesn’t get memory holed.

"aaand we will do nothing about it"

GOP needs new leadership in the House. If they have evidence then why aren't people in jail?

Meanwhile government contractor with top secret clearance donating 100’s of millions to the felon, coordinating his pac with the campaign and talking to foreign enemies (Putin)on the down low for years.

I know let’s start a rumor that the Dems are doing what we already are doing. I mean really are you this dull. (Thanks for the vocab lesson BIMF I used it in a sentence)

Is this real? I've been let down by the legal process before. Something like this comes out and then they allow it to continue pending appeal and then it gets overturned etc etc. This would be huge if it sticks. They wouldn't be able to watch the election play out and then come up with extra ballots. But they still could fudge the numbers on the cities where it takes "weeks" to certify

It is real.  But, though the Appelate Court reversed the lower court's ruling in part, and vacated it in part, it also remanded the case back to the lower court.  And it specifically stated in the decision that "(t)oday’s decision says nothing about remedies."

So, it isn't necessarily the victory it seems from reading that tweet about it.

The correct response.

Virginia Takes Noncitizen-Voting Case
to Supreme Court ahead of Election

by David Zimmerman

Virginia attorney general Jason Miyares on Monday took the commonwealth’s noncitizen-voter case to the Supreme Court, after a lower court blocked officials from purging their voter rolls of noncitizen aliens.

A federal appeals court on Sunday backed a lower court’s Friday ruling that ordered Virginia to restore some 1,600 suspected noncitizens who are ineligible to vote to the state’s voter rolls.

Miyares and Governor Glenn Youngkin responded with a pledge to take the case to the Supreme Court with just nine days left before the election. They followed through on Monday.
