Why is it so hard for your side to follow the law?

Buddy, they don’t even understand what the law is.

They’ve gone so far down the internet rabbit hole that they can’t tell up from down anymore. The only thing that anchors them is Dear Leader.

We have a federal law that says voter roles cannot be purged 90 days before an election.

Alabama is trying to 87 days.

so the correct headline is Alabama violates federal law to remove voters.

I understand you love Trump and with that comes being ok with violating laws. He is a 34 time felon and cannot own a nonforprofit in NY.

But for fun, why do you personally think it’s ok for Alabama to not follow the Federal law?

What is scandalous is that the Justice Department is explicitly saying that Alabama is removing eligible voters from the rolls.

Alabama's removing ineligible voters.

They're going far beyond enforcing a law, they're misrepresenting Alabama's activities in a clear attempt to discredit the state's electoral process.

Also a foretaste of what's to come, if Harris/Walz win.

DOJ's statements show they're usurping the states' rights, trying to define who is an isn't an "eligible voter" for the states.

Only one reason to care about who is eligible.

Your ideas are outdated and incapable of adaptation to what your voter base wants.

so instead of adapting to what the people want, the answer is to tell everyone that the only ones that are right are you.

lol.

Awesome Win: Federal Judge Bars Lib AZ SoS Adrian Fontes' Disastrous Election Rules

In an awesome win for conservatives and election integrity in November's elections, a federal judge has barred liberal Arizona Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes from putting into practice new rules he inserted into the state's official procedures on the state's canvassing process of election results. And the judge did, indeed, compare it to nukes

Howard Fischer from Capitol Media Services has the scoop on Friday's ruling:

PHOENIX — Calling what Secretary of State Adrian Fontes proposed "utterly without precedent'' and comparing it to a nuclear weapon, a federal judge blocked him from refusing to include a county's vote in the statewide totals if local supervisors fail to certify the election's results.

In the ruling late Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Michael Liburdi acknowledged there was at least one attempt in the past by a board of supervisors to delay certification. That action threatened to hold up the formal canvass of all the votes throughout the state and to change the outcomes of some races.

But Liburdi said the solution Fontes incorporated in Arizona's Elections Procedures Manual — allowing him to skip over uncertified votes simply to finalize the state results — would unfairly and illegally disenfranchise the voters who had cast their ballots.

Biden-Harris Admin May Have Used Taxpayer Money to Hide Medicare Price Hike Before Election

Amy Curtis

A while back, we told you about the Biden administration stealing money from Medicare to offset the cost of electric vehicle tax credits. Doing so caused a spike in prescription prices for seniors -- maybe that's why Kamala said they have to cut their pills in half -- and the Biden administration tried to bribe insurers to hold off on price hikes until after the election.

DOJ Sues Alabama for Removing Noncitizens
From Voter Rolls Too Close to Election

by Leah Barkoukis

The Department of Justice on Friday sued Alabama and its top election official for violating the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 because the state made an effort to clean its voter rolls too close to Election Day.

In mid-August, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen had identified 3,251 individuals registered to vote in the state who were given noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security and had instructed the boards of registrars in the state's 67 counties to inactivate and remove them from the voter rolls, a move that has reportedly "ensnared newly naturalized Americans." “I have been clear that I will not tolerate the participation of noncitizens

Dominion and Georgia Face Heat in Court

by Eric Nelf

Questions raised about Dominion voting machines finally got the best form of sunlight today – sworn testimony in open court subject to cross-examination.

Election security experts Clay Parikh and Ben Cotton testified in Fulton County (Atlanta) Superior Court today. They testified that they were able to identify the master encryption passwords stored in plain text and unsecured on the databases housed in Dominion voting machines. They further testified that basic security protocols call for these passwords to be kept separate and secret so that only authorized persons can access them.

This information was turned over to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in March 2024 at the latest, according to the lawyers at the hearing.

The allegations, if true, are explosive and have deep ramifications going back years. Many claims of election voting machine issues have been either overstated or outright fabricated, which has done much to discredit any legitimate attempts to increase election confidence.

In fact, the left likely wants the right to make overstated or incorrect claims regarding election integrity. It provides them a weapon to use when legitimate questions are raised. It has the added bonus of likely suppressing voter turnout on the right by dampening enthusiasm.

That does not mean our election processes are above scrutiny, however. And today, two experts raised legitimate questions that deserve answers.

Open primaries, ending gerrymandering and popular vote would force both parties towards the middle. Which surprisingly seems to be what the people want. Hummm. Must be some one else who benefits from the current system 🧐
