Well, if you mean another team can't move to Toronto due to the Bills territorial rights, than yes. But that's clearly not what this thread topic or the link in the OP is talking about. It's about marketing agreements between and a country. The Bills are free to apply to such agreements with any of the countries in the NFL's pool of such countries. It has nothing to do with the Bills and Toronto. But yes, Canada is a country. Quote

BigAl2526 Posted May 24, 2023 Posted May 24, 2023 I'll assume that Buffalo has enough on their plate marketing to southern Ontario and Toronto. Quote
LeGOATski Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 Hard to judge without the specifics. What's the cost vs return? If the Bills already have a good international fan base, like you say, then why would they need this? Quote
Dr.Sack Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 I think the Bills should partner up with Cuba. 1 Quote
BillsfaninChicago Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 I remember I saw these partnerships on a map a year or two ago. I was mad but then completely forgot about it until now. In conclusion I guess I was not that mad about it. Quote
