Why is it so hard for the Left to not lie?

 

Oh yeah, because the Left does not believe in Truth- all they know is power, and whatever fake story helps to get it for them…that’s when you know you’re in a cult…sad, really…👎

Since the core principle of their belief system is denial of reality, deception is necessary.  What person with the capacity to reason and think logically would conclude the border is secure, or eliminating police would result in less crime, or a man can be a woman simply by wishing it to be? 

Sure they can counter my conclusions by saying there are things wrong with the Right and that is true.  But that argument does not negate the truth about the Left.

Also, who cares that they threatened to sue?  That doesn't mean this is fake.  She was going to sue the people that brought to light the call girl past.  For some reason she didn't follow through....

 

Could be fake but with a knucklehead like this who knows?

The group claiming the call girl past is literally called "American Muckraker", with even CNN calling them liars but you keep believing it.

But for now, it seems you’ve been hoodwinked.  On top of that, you created a backstory that suits your bias, which is pretty common these days.  Running with herd is cool and all, there’s safety there and folks that can reassure that it sounded believable to them, too. 
 

On the other hand, “Pastor Nickelback” was top notch and that should be noted. 
 

Finally, LB is fair game, being a politician and all.  Not so sure the Pastor deserves being dragged through the mud,  but that’s how it goes.

I think they helped take down Cawthorn but I'm not positive. 

 

I dont believe this necessarily I just think them threatening to sue has little meaning.   Boebert is a class A example of how as a country we're electing idiots.  She is the Michael Jordan of idiots (or Lebron if you prefer).

 

I sometimes watch clips of her idiocy just for fun.  It's entertaining.   I mean it's not MTG Gazpacho police, Jewish spacer lasers etc.  But fun.

To inject a bit of seriousness into the proceedings ...

 

... I've mentioned before that I used to listen to Rush Limbaugh in the late 80s/early 90s. He was keen on quoting the great NY Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan about "defining deviancy down." Things that were once frowned upon were normalized. Divorce or adultery of any kind used to be a disqualification for a candidate. Reagan was the first divorced President, but he got a pass since everyone agreed that his first wife essentially dumped him and because he had such a long and faithful marriage to Nancy. Then there were new things: single moms by choice (remember the whole Murphy Brown/Dan Quayle broohaha?). Or how about Bill Clinton (the ostensible subject of the multiple divorcee Limbaugh) and his bimbo eruptions? Again, traditionally the end of a politician, but Clinton moved the goalposts. He "defined deviancy down" in Moynihan's words, changing what was viewed as acceptable by the voting public.

 

And then ... Trump. Sex with Pr0n "actresses" and payoffs. Grabbing 'em by the you-know-what. And the acceptance of trailer trash culture - indeed, the embrace of trailer trash culture - by the old stuffed shirt country club types we used to call Republicans. Sara Palin, the almost-VP with the teen pregnancy daughter. MGT doing her personal trainer while married. Boebert, the 36 year old grandma to be dumping her husband, apparently for Pastor Nickelback. And yes, equal timers - the President of the United States not apologizing for his crackhead d!ck-pic sending son's antics, but actually saying he's "proud" of him. (What's wrong with saying "we love him as parents and are deeply hurt by the things his addiction has led him to do" or something like that.)

 

So that's it. Trailer trash culture is now the most "American" thing of all. Not something to try to work your way out of, but something to be relished. Something to be ... proud of. Just like Joe is proud of Hunter.
