Or you could look at it like Rodgers will be fresh to start the year and it’s good for the Jets.  Good litmus test for both teams to start the year though.

whether the bills win or the jets win, it's far too early to know how the east would shake out.  i like it as the first match up as well, but it won't tell me much one way or the other.

Dont exactly think a week 1 matchup determines if there is a power shift.  Last year we started 0-2 in division then proceeded to go 5-0 the rest of the season with division games.

 

2 years ago Steelers beat us week 1. Week 1 is such a horrible indicator because bad teams have so much time to prepare that they can play way better than they will the rest of season.

It's the price of being good. Besides, more early road games mean more of the cold weather home games we love. (We love those, right?)
