BuffaloBillyG Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Jim Rome has one of the most punchable faces in all of sports media. Right up there with Portnoy and Skip Bayless. 3 3 6 1 1 Quote

Still nowhere near as punchable as Bruins forward Brad Marchand or former Senator's forward Brian Smolinski. 3 2 Quote
jamiezzz Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 I’m going with Bruins commentator, Jack Edwards. 1 1 Quote

Watching Marchand cry was prolly the top highlight for me during these playoffs so far. F that guy! 1 3 Quote

It just would not stop! I got up, walked across the room, and turned Rome off. Forever. It’s sort of a shame, because he does good interviews, but I couldn’t take all of his schtick. 1 Quote

I guess I do not see the WBR level of annoyance since I only listen to his interviews. Quote
Fr. Jerk Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 I enjoyed his show while it aired here in Rochester. Now we get Cowherd. 1 Quote

Too much Nick Wright, way too much McIntyre and his constant Jets talk. I stopped listening to them completely after the Minnesota game last year and will never go back. Quote

dwight in philly Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Sports talk whether on radio or TV is unlistenable IMHO. Way too profound and sanctimonious.. 1 Quote
msw2112 Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Bayless is the worst, but Rome's false bravado tough-guy personal has gotten pretty old. That said, I haven't listened-to or watched him in years (it was old back then), so I have no idea if he's still going with it. Quote
