not all of them and sure as hell not enough of them in Buffalo... We are a blue collar town living blue collar lives mostly

What i predict is going ot happen.. wealthy people or those trying to make a profit will pick up most of the tickets and most will be up for resell...

I certainly understand the sentiment but I have to ask why aren’t ticket prices sky high in the current stadium? I mean what’s stopping them? Is there some secret switch that’s being thrown?

Where are all the "wealthy people" buying the tickets living right now?

Or.... you know, immediately can actually mean, immediately.

They specifically said that June 1st was the Ceremonial groundbreaking.

No PSL's, and a realitively large increase in ticket prices which are sure to happen with the new stadium IMO

tickets are cheap compared to the rest of the NFL so I'm not even sure where this thought is coming from. I expect more out of towners making the purchase for purely resale when the new stadium is ready

I have family and friends who don't make much money but stil can afford season tickets

add in a PSL and obvious ticket price increases and I see a goods chunk of them not being able to renew with the new stadium

Check out the prices differences listed in this article.. Pretty obvious why low and average middle class can still afford itwithout the PSLs attached

Keep in mind that the prices reflect those set by sellers on TickPick in particular.

Kind of.  That's a view of ECC's field which is on the other side of current Hymark from where the stadium is to be built.  It's a staging area.

It came from your post--I bolded it.  You said Buffalo fans are blue collar and can't afford the tikets/PSLs, yet you then claimed all of these "wealthy people will buy them

Well they legally couldn't do anything until the approval happened.

They could have just sat around until June 1st for the ground breaking ceremony.

So the fact that it's not technically construction stuff is still happening now, literally, to start building the new stadium.

People…please! Everything isn’t a controversy. The groundbreaking CEREMONY is just that…a ceremony. It’s not at all unusual for this sort of thing to occur many weeks after actual construction activity has commenced. For example, with the new stadium there are asphalt parking areas that need to first be removed. That activity is not conducive to having public officials turning dirt with a gold shovel.

There’s nothing to see here!
Sheesh

Wait, so the public officials won't be there putting in 8 hours running heavy equipment?

Looks like Hammers will be the closest private lot, unless they take it from him.

Hammer said on twitter a while back that  he was told no private lot holders would be affected. Obviously things can change, but according to him they should be all good.

They said they will have a 24 hour live feed online at some point so we can watch all the hard labor happening.

Yeah but many of those wealthy people will be from out of town who will simply place tickets the resell sites

They'll sell some tickets but I predict a considerable amount of todays season ticket holders will be priced out...

like I said I have family members and friends who are season ticket holders wondering if they can afford it.....

Voluntarily giving up seniority right before the biggest season ticket holder seat shuffle since 1972 is an interesting choice.

Was leaving once they charged the fee in 3 yrs anyways. I'll go to 1-2 games a yr and be content. I live 5 minutes away from stadium and prefer to watch at home.
