So they are tied to that stadium for 29 years. They can also pay a $1 billion relocation fee at any time I believe Quote

Parking was affected. My advice is to get their as early as possible. Traffic and parking will be a pain in the ass. No way to avoid it. Agreed, which is why I'm not sure why Raccuia said that parking won't be affected very much for this upcoming season. If it's not affected much, it would seem to me that they wouldn't have begun construction until after the season, but they're starting now. Quote

Isn't the new stadium going to be built right across the street from the current stadium? There is no way traffic and parking won't be affected with 70,000 people showing up on game days. Quote
Bruffalo Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 The new stadium will be pretty neat, and it's exciting that Buffalo is getting something new. 1 Quote
machine gun kelly Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Happy we made it here. 30 years guaranteed in Buffalo sounds right to me with 10 of it by then with Allen, and I’m hopeful McBeane at the helm works for me. Others will come and go, but can’t wait to get my first tix to the new stadium in 3 years. Quote

JohnBonhamRocks Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 There better be a clause requiring the loudest construction to take place during opponents’ 3rd downs! 1 Quote

BillsFan4 Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Great news! It’s nice to know that the Bills should for sure be in Buffalo for decades to come now. I’m also excited to see the new stadium! Now they just need to get the Sabres a new arena, or at the very least heavy renovations to the **** hole KeyBank center… 1 1 Quote

SoCal Deek Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 So what are we going to call the new place? It needs a working title. Quote
Taro Nimbus Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 I just wish the canopies stuck out a bit further. I love the looks of soccer stadiums that use that. similar to hard rock stadium. Quote
WotAGuy Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 I’m pretty sure “construction” meant “construction of renderings”. Quote
