Sounds awesome As soon as they said “the club areas will have a roof covering, radiant heating and indoor food”… I would told them blankly, “that’s exactly what we have at 50 year old stadium right now”. 2 Quote

That's about double what I'm paying now, even before adding in the PSL. Looks like it's secondary market for me. I'll still go and check out the presentation though. 1 Quote
Mr Info Posted March 20 Posted March 20 25 minutes ago, JDHillFan said: Thanks. On a 1-10 scale of that stadium is going to be super cool, what do you give it? It appears they paid great attention to detail. The clubs are much nicer and way more spacious than the current ones. Plus, you can watch the field rather than looking at a monitor while drinking and eating. The virtual 3D field views looked awesome. The test where someone burned smoke to show how the perforated shell design in a model would bring the smoke through the middle of the roof rather than being blown all over the stadium was impressive. I am on optimist so giving it a 9. Another item that is being added is new security technology where you pass through gates (no removing phone or other devices). They mentioned this technology would be used at Gate 5 in the current stadium if you are looking to move quickly through security next season. 2 Quote

This should come as no surprise to anyone, its been discussed here for at least a year It's the cost yes, but its moreso the slimy way they are going about their business thus far. I saw what the Eagles did when they built their new stadium and a big segment of their fanbase was permanently priced out of the building. The Eagles don't care, they make their money, but the stadium atmosphere has never been the same since. The Bills currently have one of the great atmospheres in sports and they are in the process of destroying it. Probably permanently. 2 1 Quote
LabattBlue Posted March 20 Posted March 20 1 hour ago, Mr Info said: Below is a club seat summary. Will edit it when/if I receive more info. PSLs are transferable or can be resold. All seats will have PSLs. Only club seat and 2026 season tix have been priced. No info on stadium seat PSL or season ticket pricing has been released. Not going to provide pricing on Founders clubs as those people are immune to pricing. The PSL club pricing I am providing is for 2 tix. The East & West clubs PSL are $40k. West side clubs are on either side of the suites starting at approximately 25 yd lines. The East clubs run entire sideline. About half PSL down payment and interest free monthly payments until ‘26 season. Monthly payment varies from when you place down payment. East & West club seats are covered and have radiant heating. Nice inside club area where you pay for drinks & food & there are restrooms and can watch the game while you eat&drink until you decide to return to your seats. 1,200 seats in West club and 5k seats in East club. Purchasing PSL early locks in $10,330 for 2026 season tix (2 tickets). Field clubs $30k for 2 ticket PSL are in lower level bordering midfield. I believe 1.200 Field club seats. No covering and no heating but have access to large Field club indoor area with food&drink&restrooms. Again game viewing area from club until you return to your seats. Purchasing these early locks in $8,610 for 2026 season tix. All PSLs offer a 10 yr payment plan with M&T bank with 10.49% interest if you do not want to pay immediately or use the monthly (~2 yr) plan. Nice presentation on the stadium design for wind prevention due to perforations in the structure and opening in the roof. Did not feel like a time share presentation as I felt no pressure to sign. The PSL and ticket pricing was at the end. I said beforehand that I would run everything by my wife as she was unable to travel this time. So if you were interested in “downgrading” your seats, when do you get that option? Quote

No PSL or ticket pricing for anything other than clubs. It appears they are going through all the club customers first. I would contact your ticket rep. Quote

If it's not an option they can sell the top tier and makes claims like they have "a 70% hit rate" to make you feel like a schmuck for not signing on to the top tier like the rest of your current peer group. BillyBilliams Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I'm in the military and I'm stationed in Arizona. I don't retire from the military until 2027. I'm in section 135 Row 35. I'm very curious how much my seats would cost. I haven't been contacted by my rep yet, but I'm hoping they can allow me to do the experience in the summertime when my daughter is on break. I need to plan ahead a trip to Buffalo for all of this. Quote

Expect to be told 10k a seat for the PSL in a corresponding section with tickets then being a couple Gs on top of that. I'm not joking. Quote
Saxum Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I was thinking they would replace the old stadium with a parking garage structure with exit ramps to primary roads with lights timed to allow the higher priced parking access to roads first like Disney World VIP access. Quote

But some of the wild guesses being thrown around here need to be taken with a grain of salt. Thousands of STHers were given surveys where we could give our priorities and price ranges moving forward. I am not at all surprised that Box seats are in the $500-$600+ per game on top of a $15K-$20K PSL. But those folks are a lot of businesses and people with deep pockets - the former as a tax write off and the latter only go to a few games while selling the rest. I do not have the number but maybe Mr Info can help us by giving us perspective, "HOW MUCH MORE ARE THE SEATS HE WAS SHOWN THAN HIS CURRENT SEATS?" This is irrespective of the PSL's. I believe we are looking at about double? My seats in the Family section run around $70 each so this could reasonably mean comparable seats would be $140-$150. So, $1400 per year or so on the low end. Now, as to PSLs, I DO NOT expect the $10K figure a few people are throwing around. Could be 1K, maybe $2K. So, that's where I am at. if it's less, great. If it's more, then well, we'll see. How much more? In any event, the survey numbers had the range as low as $500 to as high as $50K. The top range in the survey appears to be correct (basically). I certainly made it clear in my survery $10K was too much for my wallet to the Family Section (if there is one). Everyone around me in my section were very concerned about PSLs and said they also made this clear in their surveys. Back to you Billy - I would expect the Bills to make sure you have enough time to plan to come to WNY. Whether it will be in the summer or not depends most likely on the early Box sales. I do not believe the 70% number Mr Info was told. More like, 20-40% Sales people ALWAYS exagerate. Anyway, I urge people to try and calm down until we have more definitive info. But, it's your blood pressure....not mine. Go Bills! 2 Quote

It probably will be closer to the 10K Range. I'm expecting the upper decks and end zone areas to be more around $1K-2K and that's where the Bills can say they are offering affordable pricing to all current ticket holders. Yay! Quote
