You’re missing rushing. That counts as production.

Although in Harry’s case (4 carries for 0 yards), it doesn’t really. Lol

lol, you can have the rushing yards.

2022 receiving for McKenzie/Shakir/Crowder, 98 targets for 644 yards, in 16 games in addition to rushing yards on end arounds

2023 receiving for Shakir/Harty/Sherfield, 70 targets for 667 yards, in 15 games.

so...congrats?

Yeah you aren’t adding them for 2022 which is why it’s wrong.

Harty and Sherfield have 200 yards on the year. For $5.5M against the cap. Just a brutal investment.

So if you know the stats, then you know that the  production of the "HuSH brothers", as you call them, through 15 games in 2023, has exceeded that of the McKenzie/Crowder/Shakir trio in 2022.  So it has been an upgrade, albeit a relatively minor one.

You clearly don't understand the subject of this thread.

KC fans thought they were getting upgrades at OT.......because they expected those players talents to be optimized........because it was THEIR team.

Bills fans had the same kind thoughts about the veteran replacements in the WR room........they were certain to be upgrades..........even though the more LIKELY outcome was that they would produce closer to or less than their career norms........which for Sherfield and Sharty were VERY poor numbers.

You for some reason want to cherry pick players who have been constants and add them randomly to some equation that's irrelevant to the topic.   And isn't the least bit enlightening because you aren't mentioning that the other constants/incumbents are all having down years.    The Bills passing game has gotten worse.......Diggs and Davis are having down years........but that isn't the topic.   Understand?

Their oline has taken a major step back this year. Bad OTs and now injuries in the interior. Combine that with their garbage WRs, it’s the season from hell for Mahomes.

When healthy they still have the best interior oline in the NFL, including the best center and future HOF in Creed Humphrey.

That's why both KC and MIA were going undefeated this year!!!

when she going gets tough, the @Billl gets gone.  R you really have nothing to say about your boys guy?  You’ve always been so quick to defend them.  Now you log in, read the pain and log off without defense.  Is the Taylor Swift merch as expensive as the SB merch?

What’s the question here?  Smith has been hurt, but he’s been worth a 1 year, $3,000,000 contract while Morris has been developed.  It sounds like the bigger question is about the Chiefs in general.  They’re a mess at the moment, but they’re 9-6 and nearly a lock to win the division for the 8th straight time with 3 weeks to figure it out before the playoffs.

The Taylor Swift thing is still great.  Travis’s house is walking distance from the house I grew up in, and my mom excitedly told me about bumping into him at Trader Joe’s this weekend.  Doesn’t sound like there will be any new Super Bowl merch to buy this season, but who knows?  3 trips in the last 4 seasons while still being the defending champs in the meantime is still pretty fun, though.

You’ve got the same record as Kansas City due to an offensive Offside call.  Raise a banner, I guess.

Who’s worse now?  Brown/wylie or smith/taylor? Taylor might be the worst RT in the league.  I’d rather pay David Quessenberry 10M per year than pay Taylor 20M.

22.8 ppg…… before this beating at the hands of the raiders D.  Down from a league leading 29.2

How’s that young WR unit working out?  Rice looks great.  Toney and Moore on par with Juwaanawoman Taylor.  Just awful.

The inferior (to the chiefs) Bills OL and WRs certainly aren’t looking inferior to KC in December.  Or maybe they are inferior…..and Josh allen is just a better QB.

Merry Christmas 🎁

Just read.  Here’s a hint.  There’s these things called question marks They help you decipher questions from statements.

your offensive line, which has been heavily invested in, has been on par with your WR unit.  The OTs have been a major issue.  There’s no chance you would’ve won the SB last year with this tandem up bozos.

we’re also a 59 yard fg in the rain, a 12 men on the field penalty, a mac jones looking like Tom Brady TD drive, a london game playing against a team that had been there for 2 weeks away from being a few games ahead of you.  Every team has games in which one terrible play changed the outcome of the game.  It happens to us every game.  Your WR lined up offside.  Toney is an idiot.  You lose.  Let’s not act like it wasn’t an obvious penalty.  The flag was thrown seconds before the pass was even thrown.

your d looks great though.  Sneed about to make 23M+

Okay.  So you’re 9-6 and the Chiefs are 9-6.  Neither look like legit contenders this season.  It makes me glad that we’ve banked 2 Super Bowls in the past 4 seasons, especially given the fact that last season was supposed to be a rebuilding year with the 2024 season in mind.  2022’s win was a complete bonus.  We’re in a great spot cap-wise to compete going forward.  Chris Jones will bring a comp pick and Sneed will either do the same or be tagged/traded.

Rice has already proven himself to be what the Bills hope Kincaid will someday.  Morris is already a capable LT, and our secondary is stacked with young talent.  Don’t you worry about the Chiefs.  As much as I appreciate your concern for our dynasty, your time would be better spent hoping the Bills can make the playoffs in the final season before they have to tear it down.

We are now 10-6. It’s probably bad karma to say you’re gonna be 9-7.

Oh well.

And you didn’t answer anything I’ve asked. Thanks.  I was just asking your opinion but all you did was beat around the bush, as expected

I don’t worry about the chiefs…..don’t you worry.

edit;  I stand corrected. I do worry about the chiefs getting beaten by a backup this deep into the season

Cool.  We’re a week away from finishing up a “disappointing” regular season 11-6 and winning 8 straight division titles and a home playoff game. The last time the Ravens got the 1 seed, we won the Super Bowl.  Maybe history will repeat itself.  If not, flags fly forever.  Sometimes we win Super Bowls.  Sometimes we don’t.  Either way, I’m not going to freak out over regular season wins and losses.

Bad look, man. Some of your takes on the Chiefs' investments on offense were flat out wrong. You would look better just standing up and admitting it. I remember a post of yours earlier in the season where you said "this is the best Chiefs team I've ever seen." Still feeling that way?

No.

But if you are going to try to be a punctuation Nazi(in addition to your other glorifications of The Third Reich).........you could begin by knowing that it's not called "repeating dots" ..........it's called an ellipsis.    Also, be sure to use periods at the end of all of your sentences so that you don't look hypocritical or hilariously ignorant.........or both.

You're welcome.

I didn’t say that.  I said it was the most talented, and yes it is.  Kansas City has the youngest defense in the league while giving up the fewest points.  There’s a difference between that and being the best.  The 2020 Chiefs team was the best team of this dynasty, but they lost to the Bengals in the AFCCG.  I didn’t expect Smith to be an upgrade to Brown.  I liked the signing (and still do) because we got a serviceable LT for $3,000,000 a year.  Taylor has been a bust, but he’s still an upgrade over Wylie.  Truth be told, Taylor’s actual play has been solid.  It’s his penalties that have been a disaster.  I didn’t love the signing at the time, but I understood the rationale.  In retrospect, it looks like a mistake.  Then again, the book hasn’t been written.

Chiefs fans hated Brown last season, but he was the starting LT on a Super Bowl champion that didn’t give up a sack to the team who led the league in sacks.  I actually liked him more than most Chiefs fans (@Zerovoltz for example hated him), but he was absolute garbage today, and I’m glad he was wearing orange instead of red.

Regardless of how the season ends, it’s pretty funny that the Chiefs are in line for the 2 seed in the playoffs in a “down year” following a Super Bowl win and posters here are acting like there’s some shame in that.  Y’all should be so lucky.

I think an ellipsis has 3 or 4 dots, not 76.  It's just annoying to me.   Nothing personal kid
