Could be a hedge bet against Harris who gets injured quite often.  More i think about it the more it makes sense

I like it as a prime matchup back.  Some games you just need to be bigger and meaner - and he gives you that.

Murray and Harris are very good in the red zone and also insurance if Cook can't handle full workload of a No.1 RB.

RB might be the only position group besides TE that we have improved at. Everything else is the same or worse. They really seemed to focus on getting some veteran help at that position this year.

OL?  Pretty big upgraded from last year.. WR also very much improved the bottom half of that group.  Safety they also upgraded that position as a group.

Certainly can’t hurt. Remains to be seen who makes the 53, but this is likely cheap and he was productive last year.
