Never saw one of his films.

I think he gets more credit than he deserves. As it's quirky comedy that to me misses more than it hits. The only one I can suggest is Rushmore.

I guess I have more tolerance for the misses. I like the Grand Budapest Hotel -- I also appreciate Stefan Zweig whose work inspired the film. Didn't think Fantastic Mister Fox was great, but mildly amusing.

Grand Budapest Hotel was better than Royal Tannebaums or Life Aquatic.

All his movies have the style and feel of this parody.

Limeaid, you are missing out, badly.  Watch some, if you enjoy good film making.

Jokeman: if you don't get his thing, I guess you don't get his thing....but his movies are gems.  They aren't ALL massive home runs, but GBH and Moonrise Kingdom, to name 2 are freaking incredible.

One of the best/funniest/most interesting films I've ever seen is the Cohen Brothers' "FARGO".

Lots of people don't like or get that one too.  I'm curious to know if you like Fargo.

No, I'm not a Fargo fan either.

I want to see a Tim Burton star wars.

No doubt Danny Elfman reprises the soundtrack, but with that typical 'Beetlejuice' 'wink wonk wink wonk' orchestrations?
