gonzo1105 Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Ioannidis strikes me as a Beane/McDermott DT 2 Quote
Mynamemike Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Honestly I’d take Suh in the rotation. He will probably wait to sign with a contender again mid season but he looked rock solid in the playoffs. Our defense needs some folks with a mean streak 1 4 Quote
DCofNC Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Need some beef in the middle, but we shall see. Quote

Paul Costa Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 I had a friend melting down when we didn’t start a DT or DE or Mike LB early. He forgets we have a Warlock 🧙♂️ for a GM everything will be OK ✅ 1 Quote
wppete Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Matt Ionnidis should be the guy. He is a beast. 2 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Heading out of the draft I would much rather grab a couple of these guy over spending the money to fit DHop. For me: Ford or Ionnidis and Ingram or Quinn 2 Quote
boyst Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Give me any of those guys about 8 years younger please. 1 1 Quote

If healthy he's the top guy on my list. Yannick as a 3rd down specialist would be nice but have to think someone give him more money than we have. Quote
Simon Says Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Fans worried that so many DT contracts expire this year. One solution; extend a couple guys. Free up some cap money? Quote

Free up some cap money? Yeah, as I've said before........if you don't have one of the top 10 DT's in football your DT room probably looks a lot like everyone else's. There was a big influx of DT's into the league over a number of years so there is an abundance of adequate ones. The problem is that Beane has paid good money for a ton of minimum wage level DT's like Lotulelei, Butler, Q Jefferson and Settle. Gave Daquon Jones about twice what he was earning in TN and Carolina to basically do the same job at the same level, as well. Not really worried about DT in 2024. 1 Quote
PrimeTime101 Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 suh is out. he is like 36 years old Matt Ionnidis had 1 sack last year grades in the 60's Quinn was HORRIBLE last year Ingram, I would be interested, I believe he had 8 solo sacks. Ford was average at best I could keep going, but the only one on the list i really want? Ingram. he could help us immediately Quote
