He's not going on the PS.  He had 700 yards and 5TDs in 12 games last year.   Beane already spoke about his size, short yardage and goal line

I do agree he is more likely to be on the 53.

 

However, Beane talking about how he would be used doesn't guarantee he won't be put on the Practice Squad or that he will dress on Sunday's. 

 

I recall Beane talking about how TJ Yeldon, Matt Breida, and Duke Johnson could be theoretically used too, after bringing each in. Beane brings in the personnel, McDermott and the coaches decide who will dress.

There is a lot of competition to make this roster … good players are going to miss out ..

Not for nothing but we invited a quarterback to camp. Threw for 1,507 yards and 10 touchdowns. Originally out of Central Michigan. Always cool to see players get a shot.

Apparently he was released from his XFL for leaking plays... ideally not a guy id bring to mini camp.

 

But looks like out other QB invite signed with a CFL team the other day and probably wont be at our mini camp id imagine.
