Another Guard? Is Beane drunk or just high?

More in the line of versatile OL.   A once highly regarded OT prospect early in his career who projects to the NFL as a guard.   Similar to a Ryan Bates versatility.

If this was the MFL (Missippissi Football League) that would likely matter more:

The award has been presented annually to the top collegiate offensive lineman in Mississippi. It is named after Magnolia State native Kent Hull, who spent 11 seasons with the Buffalo Bills, appearing in four straight Super Bowls and three consecutive Pro Bowls.

I know. It's just the connection to Hull that is sentimentally appealing.

Ekiyor seems higher floor and ceiling and than Broeker.  But have to trust the process.

This is the first "I don't get it" pick of the draft for me......

He’s nasty and versatile. Kid will make it. He was a LT who moved inside. He can play center too. I love this pick.

Probably a ps stash but not a bad pick

Sporting News had him at 143 of all the draftees.

143. Nick Broeker, G, Ole Miss (6-4, 305 pounds)

Broeker is getting more attention for being a smashing power run blocker who can still grow as an athlete.
