That makes me feel a bit better about it too. I just watched him vs LSU. Big, muscular guy. I did not see body catching in that game. He can get deep with his size/speed, but as scouting reports I saw said, he isn’t a dynamic route runner. Cutting sharply at his size is a challenge. In that game, his size allowed him to shield defenders with his body on over the middle plays. I know 1 game is not scouting, but I can see a little of what they like. I also read that, as I guessed, he is a gunner on ST. 3 Quote

Considering the contract status of many DT's on the roster, I'm thinking that a DT has to be in the mix for one pick IF there is a BPA in that window to consider. Quote

Also a fan of Eli Ricks, specifically his high traits/potential. Former 5-star recruit, has ideal length and press/zone scheme versatile. 1 Quote

Florida had some bad coaching and program was struggling prior to new coach arriving last year. No doubt that they can recruit some top talent, maybe looking for some top athletes who might be behind a bit due to the program’s struggles. 1 Quote

Chaos Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 (edited) Any theories on the Luke Wypler drop? did his college production drop in the last several weeks, or his combine results change? Edited April 29, 2023 by Chaos 1 Quote
Taro Nimbus Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 I’ll take Brandon Joseph. The safety out of ND. Has a lot of upside. Let him learn from Hyde and Poyer, and we could have our future safety. 2 2 Quote

I think he's not an every down DT but certainly great to bring in on short yardage, and goal line situations. Great low base, and can collapse the pocket (or at least hold his ground). Big dude. BBills83 Posted April 29, 2023 Posted April 29, 2023 Can play all 3 interior spots and is a smart player. Very surprising he is still there. Quote
