O'Cyrus Torrence Weaknesses

He lacks flexibility and doesn't move the quickest. This limits his ability to stay in front of pass rushers. He also can be late getting to the second level as a run blocker and also could be unsuccessful pulling at the next level. Torrence is best used in a phone booth.

We were one of the worst short yardage teams last year (at least relative to how good our offense was).

 

We’ve effectively solved that. We will slam Harris behind Torrence and convert it every time. Maybe 1/5 times Allen keeps it and goes to the edge.

I did not like our first rounder because the TE position had massive depth in this draft and no need to give up a 4th when we have holes to fill.

 

I loved this pick and it was a massive home run ,  this guy can play and has elite size.  Has something like 1500 drop backs without giving up a sack.

Our OL went from horrible to stacked very quickly.

 

What I like about this is it probably sets Bates up to take a year on the bench behind Mosrse to master Center.

 

Man... we have 5 guys who range from probably decent to possibly great starting Guards now.

I have no idea how good he is. But he was apparently much higher on consensus big board and he is an OL so I LOVE THIS PICK. Finally we are trying to invest in OL properly.
