Dawson Knox runs as many routes as any TE in the league not named Kelce. We keep grabbing receiving RB and TE’s and refuse to throw them the ball. They’re running routes. 1 1 1 1 Quote

Yup I even posted that in the shout box. I don’t hate adding talent and he’s a real talent, but pressure is now on Dorsey to better incorporate the TEs we have into the offense. Scott7975 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 If Dorsey can actually game plan and call an offense with 2 TEs then I like the pick. If not then it was a waste of two picks. 1 Quote
HomeskillitMoorman Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I like the player but like others here I don't really have faith that Dorsey will effectively use him. He didn't even utilize 1 good TE, I'm not sure how there are expectation that he's going to utilize 2. 1 1 Quote

BillMafia716ix Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 I don’t have faith Dorsey will use him correctly. We couldn’t even use Knox effectively 1 1 1 Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 He has a pretty cool name. Very late 80s early 90s action movie villain name. 1 1 1 1 Quote
In Summary Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Beane can't help himself. He's just GOT to trade up to get a player they will struggle to use. Meh... Not excited. 2 1 1 1 Quote
Since1981 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Beane panic WR.. Went and got the first TE. good pick. Offense, best receiving player available. 2 Quote
Cray51 Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Dorsey likes to run a heavy set, but think of a kick out audible to let Kincaid move into the slot and have a heavy LB try to handle him in coverage, with Cook coming out of the backfield. dorseys challenge will be to not gimmick the offense too much. But this team will have serious options game to game 4 2 Quote
Rc2catch Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 This should be huge come red zone time where they’ve struggled. Weapons are weapons, coordinators need to figure out how to use them. At least this rookie will see the field. Knox hasn’t stayed consistently healthy and they don’t have to take him off the field to play Kincaid. 👍 Quote

LEBills Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 He is a great tight end. He has good speed to get down the field and a very advanced ability to find a spot in the zone to get open and then turn upfield for yac. He also has the best hands in the draft and can play in line, in the slot or even out wide. He is older and had some injury concerns, but if he is healthy he is ready to make an impact this year. Of the players left, this was the best player available imo 2 6 Quote
