Houston will regret that trade.

agreed. he's a nice player but they have way too many holes and priority should be protecting and getting weapons for the qb.

I prefer it for Houston. They got one of the two blue chippers in this class and they still have a 1st next year. If they only had one #1 next year, I'd not have been as content.

So at the time of the trade, Houston would have had to specify which of their 2 #1s they offered,  correct?

Yes, but they could make it conditional so they get to keep the better pick.

He’s a high floor, low ceiling guy.  I just don’t see it.

The Texans have the browns 1st next year. Could be that pick. That’s my guess anyway. Unless it was reported that it’s the Texans own 1st?

hot take: the Texans will finish with a better record than the Browns this season.

You can do it conditional, so you can say "whichever is higher" which is what I imagine the terms are.

Josh Allen wanted to be great and worked his ass off to get there same with Jalen Hurts…Richardson I saw enough to make me wonder about that

From what I've heard Richardson has an excellent work ethic?

What a terrible trade for Houston. They better hope Stroud and Anderson turn out to be absolute studs. That's a bad roster nowhere close to competing in the AFC and they should have up a 2, 3 and what will likely be a top 10 pick next year maybe top 5.

Anderson is as safe a bet as there is IMO.
