B-Man Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 Oh no. 'Mr. President, How About a Press Conference?' American Thinker, by Chris J. Krisinger It finally happened. Out of frustration, Gray Television's Jon Decker, a member of the White House press corps, flat-out asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre: "Is the administration trying to protect the president from our questions?" "Absolutely not. Absolutely not," Ms. Jean-Pierre insisted. Decker then pressed Jean-Pierre on why Biden had nothing formal in place on the calendar for the press to ask him questions. "So why the lack of any interaction in a formal setting to have a press conference?" he asked. "I mean, the president takes shouted questions," responded Jean-Pierre, her verbal dodge recognized for what it was by the other reporters present. Noting previous presidents, Decker continued, telling Jean-Pierre, "This is not the norm. The norm is, we do get an opportunity to ask the questions to the president about domestic and foreign policy issues in a formal setting at some point, and you choose that point, but we haven't had that opportunity in quite some time." The reporter's questions are fair and thoughtful. When was the last time the American public saw President Biden sit down with reporters and allow them to ask a wide range of unfiltered questions on the big issues of the day, with him conversant and in his own words? https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2023/04/mr_president_how_about_a_press_conference.html .

You kidding? Biden is still an “imperialist capitalist pig” to the admins. Reddit is great for a few niche hobby subs and that’s about it. God help you if you scroll any sub with over 100,000 members. 1

B-Man Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 It’s time to have ‘the talk’ about Grandpa Joe as he launches re-election bid. The president is at that advanced age when families start having hard conversations about taking away grandpa’s car keys, or whether Aunt Julie should really be using the stove unattended. Well, it’s time for America to have that talk. There is little doubt that for a half hour or so, Old Scranton Joe can be propped up in front of a flag reading an announcement off of his IMAX-sized teleprompter. Whether he will know what he is saying is another matter, but he’ll get through it, likely with the promise of ice cream to follow. As with every speech Biden gives, we will experience the feelings, familiar from eyeing family members who are elderly, of concern as his eyes toggle between a dim light of recognition and a visage pleading, “Where am I?” But as the Octogenarian-in-Chief is so often wont to say, this is not a joke. https://humanevents.com/2023/04/25/david-marcus-its-time-to-have-the-talk-about-grandpa-joe-as-he-launches-re-election-bid 1 1

It's pretty simple, the Republicans will run Trump, and Biden will hide and wait to be elected again the same way he won it last time. It's that simple. 2

It's that simple. He can't hide this time. And can't run from his terrible record as President. Or find cover for his/his son's corruption. 1 1

Sure, but we have to remember that most of the country just believe the MSM and talking points on Facebook et al. So, they probably just believe everything is hunky dory and still hate Trump with a passion.
