Straight Hucklebuck Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 (edited) I just don’t understand why the Bills would want to spend a Top-100 pick on another running back, leaving 5 total picks the rest of the draft. James Cook was efficient with the scraps Dorsey gave him, Hines is a high-dollar Beane acquisition, and Harris is a steady veteran. So we add a 4th RB and he sits, or Harris sits, or they all play and this guy gets 4 carries per game? Edited April 18, 2023 by Straight Hucklebuck Quote
Tipster19 Posted April 18, 2023 Author Posted April 18, 2023 I think that people are taking for granted that all the RBs, which imo all the RBs that the Bills currently have on the roster (except for Cook) have their limitations, are going to stay healthy. This is the position where the player gets hit all the time. I would really like to see another RB back there with some size. I like UCLA RB Zach Charbonnet as well, either him or Abanikanda works for me and if using a 3rd or a 4th rder to fortify this offensive position then I think that the draft pick used would be well spent. The best part of Charbonnet is that he worked hard to get himself into position to be a top RB. Quote
BobbyC81 Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Why do the Bills need to draft another RB? They have Damien Harris, Cook and Hines. They also brought in Latavius Murray for a visit, who could also be brought back. Quote
Simon Says Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 A "steal in the 3rd round "? I've seen him projected as a 5th rounder. No thanks ,not at 91. Quote
