Roundybout Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 If this was the case, why wouldn't we have just paid Edmunds? Quote

Isn't Evans cap hit only 13 million? Could bring that down with an extension. Not sure what Devin's cap hit is Quote

One viable way to make it work would be to make Oliver part of the deal. His $10+ million last year then comes off the books and is replaced by D. White's which would certainly be over that but Beane could make it work. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 (edited) White is still only 25 years old. If we were to acquire him, would he accept an extension around the same as Milano? Edited April 11, 2023 by Warriorspikes51 Quote

Heck to the no as he's getting to close to 30. 2 minutes ago, Warriorspikes51 said: We could draft a massive DT in the mid rounds to help free up Milano and White more Size for sake of size isn't all that matters, See Torell Troup. MJS Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 So, instead of paying Edmunds 18 million a season, we are going to trade a high draft pick AND pay a linebacker 18+ million a season? How does that make any sense? 1 1 Quote

mushypeaches Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 Hard freaking pass We just let our own MLB go who got a fat contract from another team Why would we then go and trade players and/or draft capital to go pay another MLB? Do people just think this is Madden? Quote
