No, if I'm correct, that's not what he's talking about.  He's talking about something that actually tracked Beane's visits during the fall.

 

Yeah I think that's it. I think it is still too early for that, but I am sure it will come out.

So in Astro's notebook, what is "PFA" as in his notes "None in PFA" "2 PFA" etc?

 

If I'm understanding correctly, the numbers circled at each position represent the player's ranking on Astro & Associates "BuffaloFAMbase Big Board" at https://buffalofambase.com/2022/05/23/big-board-buffalofambase/

Which actually makes it a bit hard to interpret since that Big Board is apparently updated regularly. 

 

For example, it references a LB at #35, but currently LB Trenton Simpson is the closest LB at #34; it talks about a QB at #52, but #52 is currently LB Jack Campbell.  The closest QB is Hendon Hooker, currently #57 etc etc.

Didn't expect to see several CB's on there either.  Makes me think they are intent on converting Bedford to Safety.  I mean we already know they are going to try him out there and that they had that in mind as a possibility when they drafted him.  So my guess is they feel they may need to add more depth if he does, and I assume not until Day 3.

Edit: to answer my own question, I figured it out - "PFA" = "priority free agent", guys FAMbase doesn't expect teams to draft but expects them to be interested in.
