I doubt the Bills will go WR in round 1 unless Jaxon Smith-Njigba is available (he won't be). The Bills weaknesses are at LB , DT, and Edge in that order. Since Campbell and Sanders are likely to fall to mid to late round 2, Bills will draft DT if, say, Bryan Bresee is available (possible but unlikely). If Bills can find a trade partner, I like the Bills trading down to early round 2, drafting either Mazi Smith  or Calijah Kancey and then trading up from 59 to , say 45 to grab Campbell or Sanders.
