I think he means Jake Bobo, UCLA wr. Must be good looking which is Sherlock's number one criteria in a player.

Not watched him. He is also ugly.

Why not find one in the 5th instead?  Plenty of Lilliputians there I’d guess.  Not in the first.

Again, very simple:  because I think he’s a lot better than those guys in the 5th

there’s a reason addison is regarded as one of the top WRs in the draft.  You don’t see it because he’s small and you’re certainly entitled to it.  The majority of the board obviously disagrees with your take.

I explained in detail why I like him.  Yet you continue to badger.  Just agree to disagree and get over it.   I’ve already explained my reasoning

Don't know the fella. He comes up in mock draft simulators when I am down to my last pick.

Thanks. Seems like a "Me First" kind of move to me. What happens if the Bills draft him and he doesn't like it here? Or doesn't like the coach's?Will he be asking for a trade?

That’s what college is. Pickett left and the OC left and was replaced with run first OC, so he went to go boost his stock. Instead of playing with a nobody QB and new OC, he went to go play for Riley and with Williams. Totally the right move.

Hopkins is on the trade block and the Cardinals are willing to pay a significant part of his salary for the right draft pick compensation.

The Baltimore Ravens have traded the #28 pick and #86 pick in the 2023 draft to @Motorin' and the Denver Broncos in exchange for Jerry Jeudy and the #67 pick in the 2023 draft.

This years draft didn’t have the star power at WR that the ravens hoped for and they are already loaded at TE with Andrews and Likely, getting Jeudy with 2 more cheap years seems like a slam dunk.

The Baltimore Ravens are giving Mac Jones what the NE patriots never gave him, weapons and no excuses. Jerry Jeudy and Tee Higgins will account for roughly $4mil each on this years cap and they can exercise Jeudys fifth year option for 2024 at $12 mil. If Mac Jones can prove to the Baltimore Ravens he’s their future franchise QB and Mac to Higgins/Jeudy has the connection we’re hoping for under new OC  Todd Monken, then the Ravens will worry about the future financials at that time but going into 2023 we’re excited in the new direction our team is heading with a still top 10 defense and plenty of offensive fire power to keep up with the other elite AFC teams.

Lord only knows what kind of dizzy depraved code language that is meant to describe. 🤨

This doesn’t seem realistic. All reports are that they won’t be paying a significant portion. I get why you’d want to do this for fun, but I could see this being vetoed.

my worthless 2 cents -

From the list you have (man this draft is weaksauce)  ....as a Chiefs fan, the guy I'd least want you to draft is Downs, WR, North Carolina.  Separates, is fast, and can electrify your kick return teams.  YAC for days.  You DONT need him.  Please draft an offball LB.

My two cents is that Josh Downs is a dime a dozen slot WR. Players like that shouldn't be anywhere near the 1st round.

Just say no to more smurf receivers.

what don’t you like about Addison as a WR?  Weight is the only thing I have a problem with.

I don't like his ceiling. Physical traits are very much on the charts, somewhere near the bottom to be more specific. Good route running to me is not enough to be worthy of a 1st round pick.

What upside are we getting here? I guess you're hoping he becomes a smaller and slower version of Stefon Diggs if he hits his ceiling. Meh.

Agree. Would be a Bad choice imo.

He is the best route runner of the top 3 guys. And that more than any other wide receiver trait is the one that translates.

Sure but most of the top receivers in football all have top tier physical traits.

Justin Jefferson

AJ Brown

Tyreek Hill

Ja'Marr Chase

DeAndre Hopkins

The exceptions are Stefon Diggs, Devante Adams, Cooper Kupp. But none of those guys were drafted in the 1st round. IMO route running specialists should be taken on day two and three. Just a personal preference.

They’re saying that now.  We’ll see when draft time comes as they could be stuck with his salary with no picks.

What is AJ's top tier trait? AJ's best trait is his route running IMO. He also wasn't a top 10 pick. Nor was Hill (who is a physical story I agree). Chase was a top 5 pick, but is great both as a route runner and a physical specimen.

The trait that most regularly translates is route running. That isn't opinion. That is borne out in fact. I don't blame anyone for wanting to priotise a high ceiling size and speed guy like Johnston. I get that. But he is a 50/50 proposition. Addison and JSN are guys I have round 2 grades on but they are well within the top 32 of this poor draft.
