udonkey Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Did you require her measurements on the application, or did she tell you. Either you're getting in trouble, or you're getting laid.
scribo Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Either you're getting in trouble, or you're getting laid. 345515 Those two actions often go together for some of us.

All are illegal to ask during an interview process... CW
Arkady Renko Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 How did you find out the answer to #1, #2, #3, or #6? All are illegal to ask during an interview process... CW 345529 Age is illegal? Many applications ask for a birth date, don't they?
mcjeff215 Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Age is illegal? Many applications ask for a birth date, don't they? 345534 Yeah they do for eligibility reasons. A 15 year old in NYS can't very well run a CNC lathe. -Jeff
Fezmid Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Age is illegal? Many applications ask for a birth date, don't they? 345534 Ah, you're right. It's not illegal to ask, but is illegal to make any hiring decision based on it: http://jobsearchtech.about.com/od/interview/l/aa022403.htm However, it appears to be risky to ask: AgeInappropriate: How old are you? What year were you born? When did you graduate from high school? Appropriate: Before hiring, asking if you are over the legal minimum age for the hours or working conditions, in compliance with state or Federal labor laws. After hiring, verifying legal minimum age with a birth certificate or other ID, and asking age on insurance forms CW
