I wouldnt classify it as a disaster of a draft.. Not obviously at 2017 or 2018 levels, but they got good value out of Singletary and J Johnson... Even Sweeney as a 7th.. Not every pick is going to be signed to a second contract

 

Knox was a great pick around 100... Ford a disaster and Oliver didnt live up to where they picked him.. He ended up being the first and worst DT taken out of the 5 in the first Round so Beane whiffed there..

 

Still.. Have a look at some of the Whaley drafts and those from the early 2000's ..

Also, the awesome amazing Bengals…their 2019 Draft, Germaine Pratt is all thats left. Jonah is a bust and requesting a trade. 

The Steelers, typically good drafters, Diontae Johnson the only one still there. 

 

What the Bills got out of Oliver and Knox and Singletary is actually pretty successful.

Oliver was the 2nd DT taken. Behind Q. And he has not lived up to a top 10 pick but he is still a really good player. I actually think he is underrated by Bills fans because they are disappointed with the production.
