Your typical bottom of the roster TE.  I thought there was some hope for him early in his career but he never really improved much as a pass catcher or blocker

Quintin Morris - ranked 72 of 73 TE's by PFF, and some guy named Zach Davidson out of the football powerhouse called Central Missouri, who was a Vikings discard.

I'm not saying Morris anything other than a JAG but for a 2nd TE on any NFL team his usage was minimal in the passing game.

He had 11 targets with 8 completions for 84 yards and 1 TD.

The Bills definitely can use a true TE2 but if they keep a TE3, Morris could be that guy as cheap as he comes.

My hope is that comes with around the 4-5th round pick at TE.

Schoen and Daboll are doing what most new GM/HCs do that came from another organization.

The Giants have to fill out the "come to camp" roster.

Having a number of these players that they know their level of play will helps measure the other players they bring to camp.

Every team does this, yes including the Bills.

Just part of the 2019 draft free agency class.

I had to laugh earlier, listening to WGR, they had some guest on talking about the different FA moves - McGovern, Singletary, Harris, possibly moving Oliver - and he was like "What is it about that 2019 draft that there is so much movement?!?". I was thinking "It's been 4 years and their rookie contracts are up, numbnuts"

Not to beat a dead horse. But drafts like that are terrible for franchises long term. You can’t just let an entire draft class walk and expect to be successful.

I hate the what if game. But if the Bills drafted Sam Darnold instead of Allen, we’d only have Taron Johnson left from that class. Only to be followed by 2019 that could leave us with only Dawson Knox.

Allen covers for more flaws on this franchise than just the players on the field.

theyre able to hide behind him.  The fans are so dumb they start to point at Allen when he gets tired.  It's crazy, they shouldnt wait for the contract to run out with alot of these guys.  His affinity for the undersized back is the equivalent to some broad collecting little animal figurines like penguins or frogs or something.

TE room just improved

So did availability to trainer / therapist time.

Availability is the most important attribute.

Are Giants fans going to start bemoaning the Buffalo-to-NYG connection as they add former Bills?

Also - who are our TE's now?  Knox and . . . . .

Well if the Jiants fans would admit they are a New JERSEY team it would be less appealing for Bills players to move to that team.

Well if you have to point out something is a joke it must not be very funny.

In hindsight this particular draft is painful to look at.  1 pick away from Josh Allen and could have nabbed DK Metcalf in the 2nd.

First off, you are not allowed to say anything bad about the KC Chiefs.  They are infallible.

Second, Fenton was traded to Atlanta for a 7th round pick.

Brian Daboll is clearly giving some borderline talent another chance to save their career in NY.

Wishing Tom Sweeney the best 👌
