So let’s get this straight everyone …. and thank you Red for your very low info response…..

They just indicted the main rival to the current President of the U.S - A Putin like use of the State - as they tell you Putin is the enemy.

Go fight Putin!  It doesn’t matter we use the State exactly like he does.

What crime?

Been almost 3 years since the great coup/mass trespassing event of January 6.

Which has been ruled a complete sham.

So…..documents?  Ok Vlad.

This is your Russian Government at work:

The Department of Justice is preparing to ask a Washington, DC grand jury to indict former president Donald Trump for violating the Espionage Act and for obstruction of justice as soon as Thursday, adding further weight to the legal baggage facing Mr Trump as he campaigns for his party’s nomination in next year’s presidential election.

The Independent has learned that prosecutors are ready to ask grand jurors to approve an indictment against Mr Trump for violating a portion of the US criminal code known as Section 793, which prohibits “gathering, transmitting or losing” any “information respecting the national defence”.

The use of Section 793, which does not make reference to classified information, is understood to be a strategic decision by prosecutors that has been made to short-circuit Mr Trump’s ability to claim that he used his authority as president to declassify documents he removed from the White House and kept at his Palm Beach, Florida property long after his term expired on 20 January 2021.

If the DOJ says a box of Cheerios is a national security threat, the Judicial Branch accepts that all Cheerio boxes are proffered national-security concerns.   It doesn’t matter what the Trump documents are, as long as the DOJ can claim they are vital national security interests.

In the previous ruling of the Mar-a-Lago documents, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals did what the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) does with the DOJ-NSD and any matters defined by the originating Main Justice officials as “national security.”

The 11th Circuit deferred all definitions to the DOJ.

The DOJ is granted legal benefit of the doubt on all matters of national security, which puts the DOJ-NSD in ultimate control over the star chamber they operate.

And that, is why they need you stupid.

If you believe this then do you believe Biden did nothing wrong with the classified docs he was found with?

Yep.  Couldn’t possibly care less and you can check the receipts.

Plus, I’m sure that was also staged.  Just a completely ridiculous story.  And I honestly don’t think I care about his son - I’m sure he’s guilty and a scum bag.  I get it but I just don’t care.

This country has bigger problems and I have better things to do with my time then blindly chase the next Obama Birth Certificate story.

https://dnyuz.com/2023/06/08/trump-turns-to-a-familiar-playbook-in-effort-to-undermine-documents-inquiry/

Throughout his life, Mr. Trump has treated every challenge to him like an ongoing negotiation. His impulse is to go directly to the person he considers the top official of an organization to lodge his complaints. That was the case when the special counsel Robert S. Mueller III was appointed in 2017; Mr. Trump’s advisers had to stop him from trying to reach out directly to Mr. Mueller to argue his case.

By broadcasting his complaints on social media rather than making them in court papers to a judge, Mr. Trump avoided the normal method of lodging accusations about prosecutorial misconduct — a method that, of course, also puts a burden of veracity and accuracy on the accuser.

Good luck MAGA's.  Break a leg...

There is no reasoning to be had with people that can’t define “woman.”

Yeah man. It’s so unfortunate that people who admit to breaking the law get in trouble for breaking the law. How unfair!
