Who even knows anymore? Verification means nothing, facts are whatever, and nobody is on Truth Social.

I just don’t think it’s super likely a judge is going to jail Trump over attacking the judge themself.

All that aside, the Brooklyn Dad guy seems a bit too resistance-gritty for my liking.

He seems a bit like the Pied Piper, based on the response he got from a few of the posters here.  Social media can be like that, someone creates a narrative that appeals to bias and it’s off an running. Though, all media can be like that.

I think what's really going on is regardless of these indictments and trials, which  a majority of American's view as completely politically motivated, the DNC and their allies are crapping their pants at the prospect of a Trump/Biden 2.0 in 2024.  As Trump leads in the polls, with Biden is fading, and all the problems and issues that Trump is strong on are coming to the forefront as issues American's are most concerned about.  Open borders, crime, terrorism, the economy.  Democrats have few cards to play that might be effective beyond the issue of abortion and the race card.  As what I expect will unfold over time leading to the election as living conditions and standards in the country deteriorate further nobody will much care about those things or see them as personal priorities.  They're play might be to dump Biden/Harris and present a Hail Mary savior-like candidate drafted for the top of the ticket to try and save the day for the party.

This is not true.

Majority of Americans Say Trump Charges Have Merit, but His G.O.P. Grip Grows

"A majority of Americans, in four recent polls, said Mr. Trump’s criminal cases were warranted. Most were surveyed before a grand jury in Georgia indicted him over his attempts to subvert the 2020 election, but after the federal indictment related to Jan. 6."

From the polls:

  • In the Quinnipiac poll, 54 percent of registered voters said Mr. Trump should be prosecuted for trying to overturn the 2020 election. And seven out of 10 voters said that anyone convicted of a felony should no longer be eligible to be president.
  • Half of Americans, but only 20 percent of Republicans, said that Mr. Trump should suspend his presidential campaign, according to the ABC News/Ipsos poll.
  • When specifically asked by ABC about the Georgia case, 63 percent said the latest criminal charges against Mr. Trump were “serious.”
  • About half of Americans said that Mr. Trump’s interference in the election in Georgia was illegal, according to the AP/NORC poll.
  • When asked by Fox News whether Mr. Trump had engaged in illegal activity to overturn the 2020 election, 53 percent of registered voters said yes.
  • A plurality of those surveyed by ABC (49 percent) believed that Mr. Trump should be charged with a crime in Georgia.
  • Fifty-three percent of U.S. adults said that they approved of the Justice Department’s decision to bring charges against Mr. Trump for his attempts to reverse his electoral defeat in 2020, The A.P. found.

Yeah there are some of them just in complete denial or maybe just trolling I don't know. I just know Jordan Klepper has talked to some of them and they've said that Trump is still secretly running the country. Then when he asks them about things they've been told to hate Biden for and they go oh that was still Biden. Questions them on how that works and then the story changes to we're somehow in a civil war but an invisible one. 🤷‍♂️

So, you know that Trump tried to overturn an election illegally, that he cheered on his supporters who attacked the Capitol and the reason they attacked was because of the lies he told them, that he insults veterans of our Army, Navy, and Marines, that he stole millions of dollars, that he tries to intimidate witnesses, that he keeps urging his followers to do illegal things, that he has said he will suspend the Constitution and put all power into the Executive branch, that he created false electors, etc,.

The question is, is there anything he could do or say that would make you change your mind about him? Obviously the answer is a hard NO.

You and your ilk thirst to live under a dictatorship under a man who would be the most stupid, irrational, and dangerous leader in world history.

To still back this POS, you have to be incredibly stupid or evil.

Some of these utter morons believe that JFK Jr. is going to be Trump's running mate. The saddest part is that they aren't less bright than Doc and some of the other morons here.

I think anyone that buys into the belief that Trump or people supporting him are salivating over the possibility of a dictatorship are delusional and swallowing lots of left-wing fear porn propaganda without thinking that its the other guys that are working censorship and thought suppression operations via social media arrangements.  Which are prerequisites for a dictatorship I might add.  I think you need to look across the street to the other side to find the team cheering on authoritarianism.

Second, I don't hold Trump in any regard, don't support him, and prefer other candidates but it's clear to me these suits are completely motivated by politics.  A poll I saw indicated 60% plus Americans agree with that assessment.

When a man running for President who professes love for multiple dictators tells you that he wants to get rid of the Constitution and transfer power to the Executive branch from the other branches, it's pretty amazing that you can't figure out that he wants to be a dictator.

But hey, other than that he is also a total scum bag. What's not to like?

His supporters want a dictatorship, thinking it will be good for them.

You didn't address the fact that Trump called for the suspension of the Constitution and for more power to go to him if he becomes President. That's not aspiring to be the Dictaor of America?

You can't defend that without setting off your own bullshiite meter.

You can only change the subject.

That's all you ever do because you're loyal to a POS.

Yet ironically, that POS did far less damage to the country than the walking cadevour of a President you support has done in less than 3 years.  Best to prepare for a complete and unmitigated disaster before the term is over rather than fixating on Trump.

You love to change the subject.

To be fair, what else can you do?
