Due process and Nonbiased courts are alternative defense?

LOGIC.  amirite

Prosecutors present their case. The defense tries to refute what the prosecutors say with facts and present contrary evidence.

If the defense strategy doesn't work, they will lose, unless the jury nullifies the evidence, like in the OJ trial.

At this point, this looks like the defense's best hope and it sounds like that's what you're hoping for.

Flipping

In late August, an information technology aide at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort dramatically changed his story about alleged efforts to erase surveillance video and agreed to cooperate with special counsel Jack Smith, who has charged Trump with hoarding classified documents. The aide, Yuscil Taveras, was not charged in the case, but his flip may help him dodge a possible perjury charge prosecutors were floating — and it is likely to bolster Smith’s obstruction-of-justice case against Trump and two other aides.

Then, three GOP activists who were indicted alongside Trump in Georgia for trying to interfere with the certification of President Joe Biden’s win in the state asserted that their actions were all taken at Trump’s behest.

And last week, Trump’s former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows — also charged in the Georgia case — signaled that his defense is likely to include blaming the former president as the primary driver of the effort.

I can't help that you dismiss the evidence, so explaining it to you is a waste of time.

You obviously don't understand or want to admit what kangaroo courts, due process, and fair trials mean.

Evidence against Trump is in plain sight. It's his own confessions in front of cameras and on tape that have put him in this spot.

Almost every single witness against Trump is a Trump associate or appointee, yet you make it sound like crooked Dems are the reason for all of his problems.

Pesky facts.

Burning Man floods were God's punishment

Barack Obama had gay sex in the 90s

Ukraine was behind the Jan 6 attacks

The Nazis in Florida were sent by Biden

Four conspiracy theories currently making the rounds among Trump supporters.

Has there ever been a more stupid and evil mainstream group than those who support Trump?

the trial could be interesting.  The defense will probably try very hard to point to the biases and prejudice of the prosecution and witnesses.

Plays well in the court of public opinion, but not in the actual court room

Biases by witnesses are a very viable defense in court. and expected by any decent lawyer.

The evidence is the evidence. I really don’t think that they would be bringing a case against a former president, unless they had different kinds of evidence to present.

The problem is Trump is too stupid to keep his mouth shut

if said evidence is the testimony of a partisan witness, its.....

And at the end of the day. The DA is ensuring it would get an appeal.

As if Trump isn’t going to appeal it no matter what is presented

That’s what Trump does. He does dirty ***** and then he throws it into the courts, and then he loses and he plays out the run out the clock game

He’s a scumbag

Enforcing the law. That’s what’s happening.

And the idea that this is some orchestrated plot by the Dems across multiple jurisdictions and states is laughable to anyone who has seen how dysfunctional the Dems are.

The left proved over the last five years that it has nothing to do with justice. its about keeping him off the ballot. and the mob wanting its pound of flesh.

they seem to be good at mobilizing, propaganda, ballot harvesting, and constant use of the state against the orange dude. this is like the 10th time.
