McKenzie was cut so he does not help Bills comp picks if he signs elsewhere. He would be a non CFA signing.

Hes a gadget player who was asked to do too much in this offense. Bills put their faith in him and he failed. He doesn't have the skill to be a starter but he definitely can be a nice change up who gets 30 touches a season.

No, because McKenzie wasn't an UFA this season, he was cut.

It's a good question.  The Colts PRs last season were Keke Coutee (who is a FA) and Hines (who they traded to us).

KR Isaiah Rodgers and Dallis Flowers still on the roster.
