Saxum
I have a relative with 12 children and 3 of the children were born after her daughter had 2 children of her own. That can happen in families whose religion declares birth control is a mortal sin.

The first 4, their father died in a car accident, then her mom remarried, and had 5 more. Eight girls, one boy, the boy was from the first husband. Guffalo
My wife Pat is one of 15 O'Tooles, no twins, no miscarriages all within the span of 20 years. She is #8 with 7 older, 7 younger. There were 11 boys (2 have since passed). When people ask her to name them (actually ask any one of them to name them) they always have a sing-song recital of every kid from the oldest to the youngest. The father was an Olympic runner (and obviously the mother wasn't) Good Irish Catholic family from Long Island, most of the kids went to Catholic schools through at least high school. some to Catholic colleges. 42 Grandchildren and well over 45 great grandchildren (and still growing).
