We know but you haven’t articulated why. You just called me a dick because I think he’s “solid.” I’d love to hear WHY you think differently??

I hope that he’s a star. I just don’t see it. He is fine and helps the team. He eliminates a hole.

Was Elliot better? No - he is washed

Was Fournette better? No not now

Henry? Maybe but would be cap devastated.

Is Singletary really a better back? Where is the Singletary market?

Perfect middle ground IMO.

Honestly don’t care for this.

Why did we need strictly a runner - he offers nothing in the passing game.

Against an Allen offense you should be worried about every weapon on the field.

This, is why you have an 'RB Room' and not an RB. 2 others on the roster add what you lament. Crazy thing is..you can even have 2 out there at the same time if you'd like!

What exactly are his health issues, his health history?

Went on IR last season with a hammy.

Previous year played 15 games

Any word on his contract?

Hope this stops the nonsense of taking a RB in the 1st.

Now nobody will see it coming when the Bills draft Bijan! Beane is playing chess. Bills  signed Yeldon and then drafted Singletary out of nowhere.

Love it though, this guy is a solid back when healthy.

I need to know the price before I decide if I like this, I was a fan of motor and hope Harris is under $2mm

As I mentioned an earlier post, Spotrac's estimated market value for him was 7.1 annually. He may have come a little cheaper than that, but there's no way he came under 2 million. Especially if Motor cost 3.75. His market value was under Harris'.

I like the signing. I'm assuming it's going to be for less than $2 million. He fills a role we didn't have on the roster for cheap. I'm good with it.

I agree in the 1.5 - 2/5 range too.

I'm also up on Sherfield given this market....

Good day by Beane getting those role players.

I’m guessing but probably a 1 year with a max around $4 million. Cap hit probably around $2 million.

Love this move.  Harris is a steal this late in FA.  He's exactly the player Beane said they were looking for.  Now let's bring in a Veteran LB and head to the Draft.

Last time the Pats beat us Damien had 103 yards and 3 touchdowns. He had 15 touchdowns in 2021.

If he’s healthy he can be tough to stop, a perfect complement to Cook.

Keep reading everywhere " if he can stay healthy". That doesn't make me all warm and fuzzy.

really though, it's a brilliant analysis.  If Allen stays healthy, we have a chance to win some games.  If Miller and Tre and Hyde and Poyer stay healthy...

Elliot and a comp pick > Harris

If this is the RB room, they are fine. That’s EXACTLY what I said. If they took McBride or Bigsby in the middle of the draft, they would have been fine. I don’t see this is anything more than raising the floor (which is okay).

Well this means no Zeke, and I'm fine with it since they are basically equal for what we need them for, and I'm sure Harris was cheaper.

Now sign OBJ, or get Jeudy, and I'll be all set for when they inevitably draft Safety in round 1.

Love the move, modest upgrade from Singletary as the RB2 definitely brings power to the backfield.

hopeful Sherfield is the same vs McKenzie/ Kumerow

I hate it when there is an exciting signing and some guy ***** all over it

We've reached the point where 40% of posters instinctively view every Beane move from a negative perspective.
