FireChans Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 (edited) I know I always said he was super overrated but a 1 year deal for "up to" 3.75 means his market was harrible. Edited March 20, 2023 by FireChans 3 5 1 2 2 2 Quote
GolfandBills Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Good for him. That either puts us in the comp formula or even Quote
wppete Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 He deserves the $$$. Hope he does well. 17 1 3 1 1 Quote

ngbills Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 And he got more carries than Cook and Hines... Quote

HappyDays Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 3rd round comp pick here we come! I'm assuming Sherfield came in under $1.75 million. 1 1 Quote
1st&ten Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Invest wisely Devon it's often a short lifespan for RBs. I wish him well he did a pretty job for us. Hopefully he can get another 2-5 yr contract in the NFL. 7 Quote
ngbills Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 The guy our coaches chose to get PT over the two guys still on our roster leaves. The response is "look I knew he sucks, nobody wants to pay him". What does this say about the guys we have on our roster to replace him and our coaches? I didn't really care if motor resigned. But its always funny how subtraction is celebrated as we get better. 1 1 Quote
Beast Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 He’s a great #2 back. That is not a slam but rather a compliment. 3 Quote

CDogg20 Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Well he’s gonna be stuck behind Pierce, wish him well tho. Just wasn’t the guy ability wise for us unfortunately Quote
ColoradoBills Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 That's it Bills fans. It is going to mean if Beane signs a big dollar UFA before the draft it costs a 3rd round pick next year. I doubt strongly he gives that up. He's only going to sign vet minimum type guys to bring to camp to compete. We can take a break from FA and look to the draft. After the draft I see the RB signed. ExWNYer Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Thanks for the memories and good luck. Buh-bye. Quote
Straight Hucklebuck Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 Just now, ngbills said: Looks like we overpaid for Hines That was baked into the contract we traded for and part of the reason the Colts traded him away. He was scheduled to make $4.5M this season. It’s also why Beane pointed out unprompted how he thought he had given this Coaching Staff a weapon, only to turn around and see he got the ball 11 times total on offense after the trade. 3 Quote
Bubba Gump Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 (edited) C-ya Devin. Interested to see who Beane brings in to replace him other than Cook and Hines. Edited March 20, 2023 by Bubba Gump Quote
