The Bills are bottom 5 on dead cap this season and from 2020 to 2022 despite being up against the cap and trying to win now desperately have been bottom 5 in dead cap two of those seasons and bottom 10 in the other. 
 

The low dead cap number and the team having a highly successful roster is a sign that the Beane is doing a dam good job
