What I learned about expectations in free agency is the fans want All-Pro players that are extremely young, have no injury history on the cheapest contract possible. If we miss on any of those than the signing is considered a bad one

I'm most concerned about his health. He's only played more than 9 regular season games once in his career and he averages 8.5 games per season. I like what he brings to the table when healthy.

Or Jaylan Waddle.

Sure, I was keeping it in house. Point is, this signing has nothing to do with McKenzie. I already think McKenzie is expendable due to Shakir. I like his potential a lot more.

Our new starting slot WR is 5 foot 6 and has 64 catches in his 4 year career?

The only year to look at is the 2021 season. Before that he was an UDFA fighting for playing time. He finally got that playing time in 2021. Then he got hurt early in 2022. So here is the numbers for 2021: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HarrDe07/gamelog/2021/advanced/

What stands out to me is this. 36 catches for 570 and 3 TDs. Of those 570 yards, 241 of them were YAC.

Don't worry, the Bills got all their injuries out of the way last year...

Bring in Jeudy/OBJ/Hopkins and we are all set at WR.

Would love Jeudy or Hopkins. Still not sure of OBJ at the price he’s rumored to want.

Or, as I keep slamming the table for, get me Elijah Moore from the Jets.

Just because you don’t know him doesn’t mean he’s not good.

I love what he brings to the field. He’s a super charged Dirty and is a good return man.  It might be more expensive than I thought we’d pay, but he’s got juice.

Has better hands than McKenzie and looks like a smoother, more fluid mover.  He is tiny, though.
