I like Dirty just not as the starting Slot Wr. The team looked so much better when Shakir was on the field.

Hines as a RB is completely mediocre.  As a receiver he's a  RB who, 3 years ago, was decent at catching passes.  

 

McKenzie is a WR3.  Not a real comparison/replacement to 2 RBs.
