The business side of football is cold for sure, but no one should feel sad for him. He's earned significant money and participated where most people can only dream of playing. Like the person, but glad to see the Bills move on. I'll still visit his restaurant if I make it down that way. 😋

Pretty epic burn if only it was meant to be. Isiah: Your Move BBB. Beane: Your cut. 🤐

Tell me our better option for when we get inside the 5 yard line and absolutely stall. Dude isnt what he used to be, but he's a powerhouse who knows how to get in the end zone. That's all that matters.

The better option is better run blocking, you know, the thing that made Zeke (and other certain Cowboy RBs) good in the first place.

And that can still come with drafting a couple of IOL early (because there is no one left in FA after Powers signed with Denver).

But we have no power back right now, and word is Beane is looking for one.

So let's do both.

I'm thinking that maybe his tweet to BBB was that he knew he was going to get released, so he wanted Brandon to get on with it so he could try to find another team as free agency started rolling. That's why when Harty was signed and someone tweeted him about it, he responded with something like, that's exactly what I wanted. He knew that was his replacement and knew that he would finally get released. I'm guessing that he knew which way the wind was blowing at OBD.

Wish nothing but the best for Isaiah and I thank him for his time here, but this is a good for everyone move. Just time to move on. McKenzie's speed makes him a great gadget guy, and he can work in the slot against man coverage, but he struggled in the slot vs. zone. Obviously he wasn't meant to be a full-time slot, he was to split time with Crowder, but when Crowder went down, it was obvious that Isaiah couldn't get the job done, full-time, on his own. And since you can't really trust him in the kicking game either and Dorsey runs a lot fewer jet sweeps, etc. than Daboll did, the writing was on the wall. He can be a very dangerous weapon for someone in a specialist role, but this team needs more versatile, all-around, consistent play to get over that final hump. Need to maximize every roster spot.

If that's Beane's plan, then yes, let's. I'm just going to continue to say Singletary is underrated until objectively proven otherwise.  He's shown the ability to run people over when needed, including famously (to me) carrying one Patriot literally on his back for 10 yards all the way for a first down while trucking another Patriot onto his butt.

Oddly lacked the concentration in big games.

He had a drop in the Chiefs game last year that made me think "yep, that's going in the file."

Sad see Mac who was a great teammate and a nice gadget WR at times go but he had a bad year last year seeing a double digit drop in his catch percentage and having a not so low contract means he has to go. I do like that this means likely they will be targeting WR more via trade or the draft.

Drop and a fumble in that game. Both in the red zone. The drop was on 4th down in the end zone if I remember correctly.
