This team has been so close the last two years. Yes, I want playoff continuity, but its Championship or bust right now. This is the window or in Mandalorin..."This is the way..."

Restructure the other players and go "all-in." I am not saying sign one player for 20 million a year. Get another guard like Seamulo or Risner, sign RB Williams, trade for Mike Evans for a year or whomever the Bills believe fits that #2 role, and then find a mid-level player for LB and Safety and then grab a Nason Rudolph or Kyle Allen type to be a backup.

The Bills are not moving forward when Dorsey is still the OC and resigning Cam "Eternal Practice Squad" Lewis and Tyler "I love playing 5% of a snaps" Mataveich are considered our free agent moves.

These are stability and continuity moves. These are comfortable moves. Time to go "all-in."

No. Wait til we see how mcdermott does with the defense calling plays and how Dorsey does in year 2 as OC.

Way too many unknowns from a coaching perspective to go all in this year.

I dont think the Bills can create the cap space you are fantasizing about

All-in is what the 2021 Rams did. It worked, but they'll be paying the price for most of a decade.

We just need to add a couple pieces to reload, and we'll still be in the title contender mix beyond this year.

I have wondered about our  cap management. Seems for being over the cap by what we were prior to the recent restructuring that we have a few elite players but top to bottom seems we could have used the money better. You have no choice but pay a franchise quarterback but then maybe spread the rest more evenly. For example as great as Diggs is would it be better to have two very good receivers than one elite one. Just wondering.

Chiefs traded hill and won the SB.  Take a chill dude we do to sign a bunch of high priced guys to give ourselves a better chance.   There is a lot mor e to it than that.   Stop paying attention to shiny objects.

We went "all-in" last year with the Von Miller signing.

You don't get to go all-in every year.

Do some of you not understand how this works?

I don't see any signings coming that really move the needle. No skill player will give us the full measure of his potential impact if the OL isn't fixed and most of the best OL FA's were quickly signed while we snoozer. I hope Beane has some magic up his sleeve on draft day. My concern there is that rookie OL might take time to develop and we'll waste another year of Allen in his prime.

Did you miss us swooping in and stealing Dallas backup OL for 8m per year to protect Allen?

Who would you have wanted to sign on the OL?

They got a starting G, and they still need to replace Poyer and Edmunds...

They will need to roll the dice on a Tackle and WR in the Draft so lets hope they get lucky..
